Where we deliver

Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.

Outside Massachusetts, cabinets are delivered to the customer’s residence only.

Minimum order and delivery fee

The minimum is $200 in materials, before delivery charges and sales tax. The delivery fee is calculated for your address and displayed at checkout. A missing delivery fee does not mean free delivery; payment stays unavailable until a delivery price can be calculated.

Tell us about stairs, loading restrictions, appointment requirements and unloading needs. Include access instructions at checkout. Delivery scheduling and access arrangements follow your order.

Availability and timing

Availability, processing time and the delivery date are confirmed for your products and quantities in writing before payment. Special orders may require additional time.

We do not offer installation. Arrange installation with your own contractor.

When your order arrives

Inspect the goods and packaging, note visible damage or shortages on the delivery record and take photographs. Contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and any applicable supplier claim.
