This can include your name, email, phone, delivery address, product choices, measurements, plans and photographs, correspondence and order or payment references. Only provide information relevant to your project. When you choose an AI design or support feature, the information needed for that feature may be processed by its service providers.

Orders and payments

Our hosting, database, communication and payment providers process information needed to operate these services. If you receive a payment link, card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. We keep order and payment references; the website does not collect your card number.

A private quote or payment link gives access to that confirmation. Share it only with people involved in the order. Read payment-link privacy information.

Storage and requests

Your browser may store your saved cart, project draft, preferences and technical session information. The site also uses measurement tools to understand how its pages and ordering journeys work. Contact us to ask about information held for your order, request a correction or discuss deletion. Order and accounting records may need to be retained for business and legal obligations.
