The warranty for your cabinets
Warranty coverage depends on the product and its manufacturer. Your written order identifies the applicable warranty. Contact Quality Design Cabinet with your order number, proof of purchase and photographs for help with a claim.
US Cabinet Depot products
For products confirmed on your order as covered US Cabinet Depot cabinetry, the supplied manufacturer document provides a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser in residential use. It is non-transferable and subject to proof of purchase and the full conditions in the document.
Coverage addresses defects in materials and workmanship in covered cabinets, hinges and drawer slides. The manufacturer determines the repair or replacement remedy and may use a functionally equivalent product, subject to availability.
Limits and exclusions
The document excludes normal wear, misuse, accidents, alterations, unsuitable storage or installation and environmental damage. Natural variation or aging of wood and certain finish characteristics are not defects. Labor, removal and reinstallation costs are excluded. Read the original document for the complete coverage and conditions.
Other products and claims
This manufacturer warranty is not a lifetime warranty for every product sold by Quality Design Cabinet. If the manufacturer is not identified on your quote, ask the office to confirm coverage before paying.
Keep the invoice and photographs. Contact us before returning a product or arranging a repair so the relevant claim can be reviewed. Quality Design Cabinet does not offer installation.
