Quality Design Cabinets was a pleasure to work with. Wilton came personally to our home to discuss the best options for our home. We live in an 1895 historic home in a historic village. The choice was perfect. Very streamline and clean. Good quality. Great customer service and reliable. They showed up when scheduled and completed the job when we were told it would be completed. I’d recommend this company!

We have tried calling and texting numerous times in the last 2 months and have only been able to speak to someone once. Their direct phone line goes straight to voicemail. When we did get in touch with someone it took several reminders to get a first quote and layout and we have not been able to reach anyone to continue the process. We also came into the showroom on a Friday, picked out a cabinet color and countertop options for quotes and never received anything back from the associate who helped us.

Hi, my name is Brena Crow. I’m a realtor and real estate investor. Quality [Design] Cabinet did my kitchen and I can’t wait to show you around. Let’s take a look. Okay, welcome to our dream kitchen. I worked with Hector designing this and it was amazing. I’m going to show you some of my favorite parts. First, we have spice drawer, which is literally a dream come true — right next to the stove, so very easy access. And then over here we have the pull-out for all the utensils and everything. Kept some of the oils and everything down there. Another little detail that I love that we did was putting the glass here. Such a nice little touch that when you open it, people are always like, “Oh, that’s cool.” What else do we have here? Oh, this is the best part. Okay, if you’re designing a kitchen, make sure you add one of these. Paper towel holder. It’s hidden. It’s sleek. It’s not ugly on your countertop. And you got the backup here, trash bags, all that stuff. This might be my number one thing. Then over on this side, something I really wanted to make sure that we did was hide the appliances, but still be able to easily access them. So in here we have these pulls kind of everywhere, but you can just put all your stuff and then when you’re done, hide it away. No one needs to see it. We got some wine glasses and everything up here. And then these were a little special touch that Hector did for me because I am a supplement junkie and he made sure to give me some deep drawers that I could hide all my protein powders and supplements and all that stuff. So these are very, very useful. And then over here, wine fridge, of course. This is our dog’s section. She has her food, all her little treats. Wanted to make sure we just had enough storage so that she had her own area. Of course, we had to give her her own little dining table down there with the countertops and everything that matched. And then for the one last feature that I think is very essential when designing a kitchen — I’m obsessed with my water. So we put a little hidden water machine in here so that we can get the water very easily, but then when we’re not using it, it’s hidden away. And of course, I guess we have to mention the beautiful 8ft island waterfall countertops. And we did a nice little accent color on the front here to kind of brighten up the space, cuz there’s a lot of white going on. But yeah, this is my kitchen and I love it. Thank you, Hector.

    Hector was great in planning and executing the design and installation of our kitchen island. He was able to meet with us quickly after contacting him and even came to our house that same day to take measurements. Our cabinets we chose were back ordered which was out of his control but the installation was very quick after they arrived. Beautiful quality - we love it!

    We wanted a unique modern design and we were so fortunate to find Quality Design Cabinet. From the beginning of the project to the end has been a pleasurable experience. Our initial meeting with Marta was wonderful. She understood my vision and the design team executed a rendering that was exactly what we wanted. After another meeting where we finalized countertops, sink, cabinet handles, specific drawers, a final measurement was taken and the order was placed. Installation day went perfectly. The cabinet installers were friendly, professional and experts at what they do. The following week the countertops were installed by experienced craftsmen. We highly recommend Marta and Wilton at Quality Design Cabinet. They are worthy of a 5 Star Plus rating.

    I have now used Quality Cabinet for 2 kitchens. Nicholas is the gentleman that has been helping me. He is very helpful and always listens to what I want. He has come up with excellent designs. The craftsmanship of the cabinets is by far the best I have ever had and I have went through plenty of kitchen installs. As for the installation of the cabinets it was perfectly done. There were no gaps or incorrect seams everything from the cabinet making right thru the installation was perfect. After all the cabinets were done Nicholas sent Down the granite countertop crew. This particular countertop had three seams. You can’t see any seam. The counter looks like it came in one piece. They also supplied and mounted an under counter sink. The entire job is perfect. With regard to the price. These are custom cabinets and the price they gave me I don’t think I could even get those prices at Home Depot for their cabinets which are not to good. I would highly recommend quality cabinet and Nicholas. One last note I have him doing another kitchen as we speak. I finally received quality work for my money. Thank You Nicholas and your team. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

    Writing a review is something that I have never done. However, I felt compelled to do so, after my friend and I both had extraordinary experiences. We both had our kitchens renovated by Hector and his team from Quality Design Cabinet. They did a beautiful job, and from start to finish the entire process went seamlessly and flawlessly.     Very knowledgeable and professional from design to installation. Our kitchen cabinets and built-in bookcases are great quality, professionally installed and look very high-end. Marta and her crew are wonderful to work with. They care about their customers’ satisfaction and they exceeded my expectations. Every employee we met at the showroom made us feel welcome and their installation crew is polite, meticulous and well trained to do the best job possible.     We are very detail oriented and always look for the best. We did an extensive search for the right design and construction company to do our remodeling (new kitchen, master bath, walk-in closet, as well as re-doing the family bathroom). A company that is experienced, up to date with the latest trends, reasonable, and most importantly trustworthy. We were so fortunate to select W R Construction and Design and Quality Design Cabinets, which are both owned by the same owners. Our project started about six weeks ago, and so far, my wife and I cannot say enough about how great our experience has been. Wilton and his wife Marta have been such a joy to work with, always honestly guiding us with our interest in mind and not theirs. Wilton and Marta visited our house and met with us several times to make sure we had the right plan and design in place. Since the project started, Wilton has visited our house every day to make sure things are going well, according to the plan and to address any issues. Their crew have been professional, efficient and courteous. The kitchen and walking closet cabinet have been installed and are exactly what we were looking for, strong built and modern. The project is ahead of schedule, which we really appreciate.

    We’ve done 4 kitchens now with this company, they have delivered every single time. Hector Paulino helped us every step of the way with the designs to make sure we utilized and customized each kitchen to our liking. The installers for the cabinets and countertops are very professional, usually done within 1 day, sometimes 2 depending on how big the job is, but never skipping one step to make sure the install is done correctly. We will continue to use this company and refer them to our family and friends for all their kitchen remodel needs.
