Your order and its terms
Choose your cabinetry, enter the delivery address and pay securely online. Product prices and delivery are shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax and the final amount appear in Stripe before you authorize payment. A payment is confirmed only after the provider verifies it.
Products and price
Published prices cover the listed cabinetry. Availability depends on products and quantities. Assembly status, special orders and all exclusions are confirmed with the order. Installation is not offered. Delivery requires at least $200 in materials.
Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically for the delivery address and shown in secure payment before you pay. Delivery is a separate charge. Review the item descriptions, finish, delivery address and complete total before authorizing payment.
Returns
Return eligibility, any fees and product-specific restrictions are confirmed in the written order before payment. Contact us for authorization and instructions before sending goods back.
Product-specific restrictions, including assembled goods or supplier exclusions, must be identified in the written order before payment. The office explains eligibility, return transport and any applicable costs when authorizing a return.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us promptly to request a cancellation. Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its processing, assembly and dispatch status. We confirm any applicable charge before a cancellation is agreed.
Changes to a placed order must also be reviewed by the office. A message requesting a change or cancellation is not confirmation that it has been completed.
Supplier documents and warranty
Supplier terms apply to the products and transactions they cover. They do not automatically replace the terms agreed between you and Quality Design Cabinet. Your order confirmation identifies applicable product restrictions and warranty documents.
